Once on the market we know the information we're looking for it's not just a showing of your home by another agent or Realtors.
Why did they show your home? We have to know, it's important. Sometimes it's not a viable buyer, they're just looking right now, next year they'll buy? Showings such as those are important for you to know. Do you care about a "Lookeloo"; no, you want to know about the Buyer's who are interested in buying your home today?
