Mr. Schaedle is Managing Partner of Chartwell Residential, Franklin Construction Group, and Chartwell Hospitality. He has more than 35 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and operations, and has founded three integrated development and operating companies.
He previously held a leadership role at Trammell Crow Residential and later co-founded Schaedle Worthington Hyde Properties, expanding its portfolio to over 10,000 apartment units and seven hotels. At Chartwell Hospitality, he grew the portfolio to more than 40 hotels and oversees company operations. He has received multiple development awards from Hilton, including its Lifetime Achievement Award.
