Bobby Swennes joined Brookfield Office Properties in 2006 as an Associate and currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Brookfield Property Group. He is responsible for the company’s investment activity in the Mid-Atlantic with a focus on office and multifamily assets as well as new development and corporate transactions in the region. As a member of senior management, Bobby also focuses considerable time on asset management of Brookfield’s existing portfolio and executing on the development pipeline in the region. Bobby is also the co-portfolio manager of Brookfield’s US Office Fund with investments in Washington DC, Houston, and Los Angeles.
