Bob began his commercial real estate career in 1985 with Coldwell Banker Commercial/CB Richard Ellis in Glendale, California. While at CB Commercial, Bob was a top retail broker at both the local and national levels, ultimately achieving the position of Vice President. He is a founding member of the X-Team International Real Estate Brokerage Alliance, as well as being an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Bob has executed hundreds of transactions representing some of the country’s finest tenants and landlords.
