Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Pernambuco and certified in hotel management by the American Hotel & Lodging Association - USA. With over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry. Started his career in a family-owned hotel, where he worked for 14 years, then spent 7 years in a hotel operator, holding positions from General Manager to Director of Operations, before founding Nobile Hotels & Resorts in 2007. Today, Nobile Hotels & Resorts ranks among the TOP FIVE largest hotel management companies in Brazil, with over 60 hotels, 8,000 rooms, and 1,200 employees across Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, and Portugal. Founder of Ameris Hotels, the 2nd largest hotel chain in Brazil, and the first and largest network of independent hotels in Brazil, currently with over 500 hotels in its portfolio.
