Robin Brooks brings over 29 years of experience supporting sales professionals in CBRE’s Tampa office. As a Transaction Manager, she provides comprehensive marketing and operational support to several broker teams, specializing in office agency leasing and retail tenant representation.
She oversees the full lifecycle of office leasing transactions—including initial inquiries, RFPs, commission agreements, floor plan test-fits, leases, vouchers, commissions, and pipeline tracking. Robin interfaces directly with clients, leading property tours, maintaining a ±4.5M RSF portfolio of office space, maintaining stacking plans, all marketing and managing landlord requirements and reporting.
Robin advises sales professionals on marketing strategies to maximize client value and property exposure. She leads the production of customized marketing campaigns, including brochures, e-blasts, and special promotional materials. Additionally, she develops a wide range of collateral such as proposals, presentations, memorandums, flyers, and event materials, while maintaining the team’s proprietary marketing infrastructure.
Her expertise in GIS mapping and aerial marketing enhances property visibility and supports compelling visual storytelling. In her operational role, Robin manages project tracking, client relations, and administrative coordination. She ensures the timely and accurate preparation of expense reports, invoices, commission payments, and voucher forms, consistently delivering high-quality service.
A natural leader and mentor, Robin has trained and developed new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. She is frequently the primary point of contact for both internal employees and clients, resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
