Robin joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and is part of the Central Industrial Team. This group specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate in the New Jersey marketplace with a focus on both tenant and landlord representation. The team’s emphasis is on distribution, logistics and cross dock truck terminal facilities.
Recent notable transactions include tenant rep assignments for Alba Wines and Spirits, Trish McEvoy, Global Essence, A. Duie Pyle and several build to suits for FedEx Freight. Landlord Rep assignments include partnering with prominent developers such as CenterPoint Properties, Adler Development and First Industrial Realty Trust.
