Robin Zellers is the Broker of Record and President of NAI CIR. He is responsible for overseeing transactional activity, investment, advisory and consulting, and corporate services. He has over 25 years of experience, primarily in commercial-industrial development, leasing, sales, receivership, consulting, and asset management. As NAI Business Director, he is responsible for assigning and managing all of the firm's national and international business through the NAI Global network. Zellers began his real estate career with Rouse & Associates, a NAIOP Developer of the Year. He is the former Vice President of Union Deposit Corp., a Pennsylvania-based land bank and developer. He has successfully developed, leased, and sold industrial, office, and retail buildings as speculative, investment, and build-to-suit projects. Major clients have included the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Morgan Stanley, PA Liquor Control Board, Cumberland County Courts, Saybrook Capital, Cantor Fitzgerald, UPMC Pinnacle Health Systems, Dauphin County General Authority, Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority, and the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority. Zellers is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
