As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Rodney Baudino has earned the designations of Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) & Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Since beginning his career as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2003, he has earned several production awards including:
• 2015 & 2016, CENTURY 21 Sapphire Award, production of 25 transaction sides.
• 2012, CENTURY 21 Masters Ruby Award, production of over $118,000 in Adjusted Gross Commissions. One of 45 agents to receive this award.
• 2012, Adjusted Gross Commissions, ranked 90th out of the top 100 CENTURY 21 agents in all of the Northern half of Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
• 2007, number of transactions was ranked 84th out of more than 5,000 CENTURY 21 agents in the Chicagoland area.
• 2005, Illinois Association of REALTORS® President’s Club Diamond Award, over $6.75 million in sales. He has sold over $32.6 million in the last 11 years.
In 2007, he was awarded the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Award. Each year since (2008-2016),he has earned the CENTURY 21 Quality Service PINNACLE Award given in recognition of exceptional customer service with an average satisfaction rating of over 95%. His average customer satisfaction rating for the last 3 years has been 99%. The national average is about 70%. In 2015, there were only 61 agents to receive this award in the Chicagoland area.
He is a member of the local, state, & national Association of REALTORS®.
He is a graduate of Mazon-Verona-Kinsman High School. Having been born and raised in Grundy County, he understands the market and the area.
