A Real Estate Expert with Over 45 Years of Experience. Since the 1970s, Rodney Haggard has been heavily involved in real estate investment and land development. He started his career as a land broker, investor, and developer in Plano, where he was an instrumental part of the city's growth surge throughout 4 decades. During that time, he developed and assisted in the sale of numerous development tracts of land in the area, including developments for Music Street Frisco, Toll Brothers, Ashton Woods, Trammell Crow, Costco, Mervyn's, Chili's, Cavendar's and many more along main corridors in the market . Throughout his career, he has built a diverse portfolio of properties, including shopping centers, master planned subdivisions, multifamily, and special-use experiential developments in various submarkets. Today, he is able to lend his expertise to help other families and developers achieve their goals in the market.
In his free time, he loves to be with his family, including his seven grandkids, and can often be found at the lake, beach or a TCU football game. Additionally, he is still an enthusiastic snow skier who frequently hits the slopes each winter.
