Roger T. McManimon joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1985 and currently serves as an Executive Director in the Commercial Brokerage, specializing in the Philadelphia office market. Mr. McManimon has a broad range of experience working with institutional quality owners and corporate users. Mr. McManimon is responsible for corporate leasing, building sales, tenant representation, and the marketing of data center buildings and complexes.
Education
Mr. McManimon is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's University where he obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics, Magna cum Laude.
