Roger Miralles is an investment advisor with extensive experience and the founder of Capmira – Multi Family Office, a boutique firm based in Barcelona specializing in real estate and corporate transactions for high-net-worth families. Since 2014, Roger has successfully led more than 30 transactions, including sales and acquisitions of hotel, logistics, office, and retail assets in Spain and Portugal.
His most recent operations include the sale of the Gallery Hotels portfolio to Meridia Capital for €85 million, the sale of a 5-star hotel in Barcelona to a Central European family office for €52 million, and the sale of the Hotel Palacio Bento in Porto for €14 million. Roger also advised on the acquisition of an industrial asset for €7.7 million, the sale of a high-yield retail property leased to Fornet, and the divestment of a subsidiary of a company with annual revenues exceeding €800 million.
