Roger K. Rebman, SIOR, CCIM, ALC, President, founded Rebman Properties in 1985 and has long been active in the Florida industrial real estate market. An active participant and top producer in the industrial brokerage community, Mr. Rebman specializes in the sale and lease of warehouse and manufacturing properties, including freezer, air cargo, and distribution.
Prior to locating to the Orlando area in 1983, Mr. Rebman began his real estate career as treasurer of a small chain of department stores, where he held responsibility for real estate matters. He subsequently was elected President of a community-based industrial fund and was responsible for recruiting industry into the community, as well as purchasing land and developing properties to accommodate that industry. He holds both an undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
