Rolando has been a productive Commercial Broker-Associate in South Florida over 42 years. He started his career in the property management and leasing side representing the Allen Morris Company (AMCO). During his tenure with AMCO he rose through the ranks over a 14 yr. career to Vice President, and represented many recognizable Institutional Owners, i.e. Met Life, Mutual Benefit Life, Home Savings Banks including local Owners.
Rolando has negotiated office/retail leases ranging from 500 - 85,000 sq. ft. with recognizable firms such as Burger King Corp., Schering-Plough, GSA, State of Florida & Ocean Bank just to name a few.
He transitioned into the sales/investment side of the industry in 1996 , where he has represented clients on both sides of the transaction. His expertise ranges from office, industrial, multi-family, land & retail.
Rolando is considered a highly skilled Commercial RE Broker in South Florida by his peers with an excellent reputation. He has served in the capacity of Regional Commercial Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, and other leadership roles within the Miami community over the years.
Rolando has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations making him a valuable asset to any serious Landlord or Investment Client that wishes to be represented at the highest level.
