Romeo Santos originally began his career in the real estate industry over 19 years ago with Long and Foster. During that time he had success building and fostering relationships with numerous clientele in the DC metro region. After having much success, he chose to leave the industry and head into his next challenge, the hospitality industry.
Romeo had spent his time in the hospitality industry working as a Manager and Operator for various restaurants throughout Washington DC. He managed the opening, operations, and growth for places like Againn and Teddy and the Bully Bar.
In 2013, Romeo saw an opportunity to assist more than one restaurant operation with its pursuit of success. This led to him starting his own consulting firm, RS3 Community Hospitality. RS3 assisted various restaurants across the DC region with their day-to-day tactics and overall operations. Some restaurants that were included were Todd English’s MXDC, Panache, and BAROAK at the Loews Annapolis (originally known as WEST).
After spending ten years in that industry, he felt that it was the right time to take what he had learned and his talents, and bring them back to the Real Estate Industry.
Romeo started this next chapter by joining the Schiff Team as the Director of Sales. Following an incredible journey with the Schiff Home Team, he began to spread his wings on a solo venture. The birth of Red Anchor Properties has started as a one-man shop and grown into a team of more than 10 and services the commercial real estate, Investment, and residential space. The ongoing mission of Red Anchor Properties and its proprietor to be the number one resource for Real Estate sales, investing, and wealth-building education.
