Romney Stewart serves as Vice President of Retail Services at JLL in the Salt Lake City, Utah office and has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries at global, national, regional and start-up brands in various leadership positions. Romney has a deep knowledge of both store construction & real estate and store operations, having served as the CEO for Swig (113 stores), the COO for Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill (94 stores), and the Director of Global Operations Technology for Domino's Pizza (21,300+ stores). He understands retailers' real estate needs and store construction requirements and how those impact their operational and financial performance. With a focus on ensuring the real estate selection process positions his clients' for long-term success, Romney understands operators and brings a unique perspective in knowing what real estate considerations best influence retailers' profitability. His extensive market knowledge, depth of retail/restaurant relationships, and understanding of construction provide unparalleled success for his clients - from the very inception of a new store search through grand opening and to eventual multi-unit expansion. Romney has worked with some of the largest franchisees in the world in more than 70 different countries and has coordinated securing store sites and building dozens of new stores for brands across the United States.
