Ron Bernasconi began his real estate career in 1985 with Equitec Properties Company, where he was responsible for the leasing and management of office, retail and industrial space in the East Bay and Northern Sacramento.
In 1986, he joined the Grupe Company where he help plan expansions and re-developments in conjunction with the disposition, leasing & management of a $50 Million-dollar portfolio of properties.
In 1989, Mr. Bernasconi joined Stone Brothers and Associates were he was responsible for leasing five community centers and an enclosed regional mall.
Then, in 1991, Bernasconi Commercial Real Estate was formed as a California Corporation licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, which specializes in expansion, redevelopment, leasing and management of retail properties.
