Ron Opfer, CCIM is a commercial real estate investment specialist and developer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. With more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ron specializes in the sale, acquisition, leasing, and development of retail, office, industrial, and single-tenant net lease investment properties.
Ron works with national credit tenants, developers, private investors, banks, and institutional owners, advising clients on site selection, development opportunities, investment sales, and strategic real estate decisions. His experience as both a broker and an active developer provides clients with a unique perspective on underwriting, development feasibility, and maximizing property value.
Ron is a CCIM designee and has been licensed in real estate since 2001. Outside of real estate, Ron enjoys sailing the Bahamas and Caribbean with his wife and shares a passion for the ocean and water sports.
