Ron Dagley, President of Raymond R. Betz Interests, Inc., heads up our commercial land investment division managing and marketing property for over 50 partnerships with property in the Houston area. He has a vast experience in commercial real estate marketing, development and management beginning in 1972 and with The Betz Companies since March of 1992. Recent transactions have involved Vantage Houston, Transwestern Commercial, Insite, Fidinam and Core Real Estate for office/industrial sites, Hanover, Flagship and JTS for apartment sites and various retail sites for clients including Home Depot, Albertsons, Walmart, McDonalds and whataburger. He also has been involved in retail development with Kimco Realty.
Ron graduated in 1970 from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Behavioral Management Science. After two years working with an oil related service company, he worked for twenty years with a diversified real estate development, construction and brokerage company performing responsibilities including project manager, commercial and residential brokerage and property management.
A native Texan, Ron has lived in the Houston area since 1964. He currently lives in the west Houston/Katy area where he and his wife of thirty three years raised three children and is in the process of spoiling his six grand children. Ron is an avid golfer and enjoys time with his family and fishing. He is an active member of his church where her serves as an elder and small group leader. He is active member of The Houston Board of Realtors, the West Houston Association, the North Houston Association and several local chambers.
