Ronald Zimmerman has 35 years of commercial real estate experience. Since joining ABS PARTNERS REAL ESTATE as Executive Managing Director in 2011, Ronald Zimmerman has concentrated on owner representation including leasing and asset management as well as tenant representation.. He served as asset manager and/or leasing agent at numerous buildings including 21 West 38 st ,8 West 38 st, 49 West 38 st.,60-64 West 38 st, 341 West 38 st., 10 East 34 st,254 west 31 st., 220 East 23 st., 33 East 33 st. 509 Madison Avenue, 392 Fifth Avenue, 18 East 50th Street, and . He also was leasing agent for Brause Realty, Inc. (21 West 38th Street); Eli Kalimian (220 East 23rd Street, 33 East 33rd Street, 38 East 30th Street, 341 West 38th Street); Jed Manocherian (18 East 50th Street and 116 West 32nd Street); 392 Fifth Pacific, Inc. (392 Fifth Avenue); Continental Development Corp. (481 Eighth Avenue, a.k.a. New Yorker Hotel, and 393 Fifth Avenue, which he previously brought to 100 percent occupancy after representing the former owner in the sale of the building); and 401 Fifth Avenue where he closed a 72,000 square-foot deal for 50 percent of the building). Previously, he was exclusive agent for 11 & 39 Broadway, 7 Dey Street and 250,000 square-foot block of sublease space at 26 Broadway.
On the tenant representation side, Mr. Zimmerman has served corporations including eBpb.com, Kayser-Roth, Lamier, Mailman & Ruthizer, the Wicks Company; the Fluor Corporation, the Harris Corporation, Jacoby & Meyers, the Leukemia Society of America, and the National Kidney Foundation. He has negotiated relocations for Calvin Klein, United Press International, Beneficial National Life Insurance Co., St. Joe's Minerals, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Docutel/Olivetti, The Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan, and the Avon Company.
Mr. Zimmerman began his career in 1973 at Sutton & Towne, Inc., where he worked until Coldwell Banker acquired the company.
Mr. Zimmerman graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. Mr. Zimmerman is an active member of The Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association and The Real Estate Board of New York.
