As Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations, Roni Imbeaux is responsible for capital markets transactions, financial planning and analysis and modeling of strategic transactions. In addition, she is responsible for developing and executing external investor communications. She has served in the Investor Relations capacity since 2018.
Roni joined Cousins in October 2012 as a member of the Corporate Finance team and has played an integral role in several strategic transactions, including the mergers with Parkway Properties and TIER REIT. Prior to joining Cousins, Roni worked in the finance group at Emory University.
