Bio
Ronnie Bertrand is Director of Leasing at Urban Edge Properties, where he oversees leasing strategy for the company’s retail portfolio across the Northeast corridor. He joined Urban Edge in 2024 after spending over seven years at Pyramid Management Group, where he most recently served as Field Director and previously as a Specialty Leasing Representative. Bertrand brings extensive experience in retail leasing and shopping center operations, developed through his work with one of the largest private mall developers in the Northeast.
