Rosa Bueno has been a real estate professional since 2005. Works with buyers and sellers in residential, commercial and international transactions. Specialized in short sale listings, bank owned properties and first time buyers. She began working in real estate in 2002 not as a real estate agent but as a real estate investor with her husband. She decided to get her real estate license to have more control of the transaction. Working through the housing recession (2008-2014) taught her the importance of advising her buyers, sellers and investors and volunteers as a speaker at housing authorities and as a Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals for the Chicago North Chapter.
