I specialize in landlord representation across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with a focus on retail and industrial properties. My background includes nearly two decades of experience buying, selling, and advising on a wide range of real estate, from single-family homes and condos to retail centers, multifamily, industrial warehouses and offices nationwide.
My background in commercial real estate includes successfully closed transactions in land, office, retail, and industrial sectors. One notable deal involved revitalizing a long-stalled land listing—taking it under contract in less than two months and closing shortly after, following a year of inactivity under a previous agent.
Clients value my detailed, strategic approach. I work to understand the business drivers behind every deal and offer more than just transactional support—I provide performance analysis, planning insight, and real-time market data that supports long-term decision-making.
Before real estate, I spent over two decades in the telecom and SaaS industries, holding roles from engineer to global operations manager for Fortune 500 companies. That experience shaped the systems-thinking, service-focused mindset I bring to every client relationship.
I hold both a B.S. and M.B.A. from Murray State University. Outside of work, I stay grounded in faith, family, and community—most often found supporting my kids at golf tournaments.
