Roush joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2025, focusing on agency and tenant representation, as well as property investment, acquisition, and disposition. Alongside his client work, he plays an active role in growing the team’s presence by building new business relationships and helping drive strategic growth. His work is primarily concentrated on the O’Hare industrial market, where he uses his market knowledge to guide clients through smart, informed decisions. Roush has also taken part in the commercial real estate group known as AIRE where he is an emerging leader.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Roush was president of the Real Estate Investment Group at the University of Oregon while also interning for Brookfield Properties during his senior year. Roush is a graduate of the University of Oregon and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
