Rowan joined SRS in 2024 as an Analyst in the Dallas office for the Capital Markets team. Rowan assists brokers in single and multi-tenant net lease underwriting, market analysis, and drafting marketing materials. Prior to joining SRS, he interned at Sands Investment Group.
Rowan recently graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.S. in business administration and management.
