Bio
Rowley joined Brown & Co’s King’s Lynn Land Agency team in 2014 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural College with a degree in Rural Land Management.
Rowley’s professional role primarily includes:
Rural Property Agency - including buying and selling farms and estates throughout East Anglia, South Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire. Valuations - including probate, secured lending, company and private asset restructuring, annual stocktaking and other tax valuations. Entitlement Trading – negotiating and executing sales and purchases of Entitlements. Other Professional work including utilities and compensation claims, rural planning and general estate management.
Rowley is also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and is on the committee of the Wisbech Association.
