The #1 agent in Princeton since 2013, Roxana Noble started her real estate career in 2011 after a successful teaching career. Roxana is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S.Ed. and received her M.S.Ed. from Northern Illinois University with an emphasis in gifted education, guidance and education psychology. These skills give her a unique understanding of her client's needs and enable her to do an A+ job of helping them buy or sell their homes. She believes, "Even though most people think that real estate is about the houses, it's really about the people. My goal is to make a difference in people's lives by helping them buy or sell that very important place that they call 'home'."
Roxana has been in hundreds of homes in Princeton and Bureau County making it easy for her to help match the right home with the right person. She has a talent for determining a fair price for listing your home as a seller or for determining an acceptable offer to make as a buyer. Roxana wants her clients to know, "I will approach selling your home or helping you buy a home with genuine care and a belief that the job I am doing for you is the most important job in the world. I like to 'think outside the box and feel confident that I can make the impossible happen because I see obstacles as a challenge."
