Bio
As the company’s founder, Roy guides Nublock Partners in its fervor and pursuit of success. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, he has always demonstrated a profound passion for all things real estate. Prior to getting his real estate license, he worked as a project manager for a real estate development company based out of Los Angeles. During his tenure as a project manager, delving into the intricacies of real estate development, he developed a deeper appreciation for assessing the significance, value, and potential of real property across Southern California.
In 2012 Roy got his real estate license and began shadowing some of the most renowned real estate agents in Los Angeles. In 2017, Roy cofounded 3Ten Partners, a real estate company focused on multi-family and mixed-use development sales in Southern California. In its two years, 3Ten Partners sold projects in excess of 500 units for development and over a hundred million dollars in sales volume.
In 2020, Roy founded Nublock Partners, a commercial real estate company with a heavy emphasis on industrial property in California. With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, he exults an irrefutable track record. His vision of integrity, perseverance, and community is the guiding force behind this young yet prestigious real estate company.
