In addition, Royce has been a local resource for national and Fortune 1000 companies looking to complete projects in the Midwest; successfully collaborating with associates from other organizations to achieve each client’s specific goals and objectives.
He has represented his clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets by helping advance his clients’ business growth strategies as his strategic goal. He has provided consultative services and tenant representation to growing companies, bringing solutions and opportunities tailored to each client’s unique business model. Royce has also provided management turnaround services to multiple properties leading to healthy long-term management, increased cash flow, and value creation. Royce graduated magna cum laude from Bethel University and continued his education from Regent College and Bethel Seminary. He is an active member of Edina Rotary and sits on the Board of Directors for Hope United CDC in Minneapolis.
