I Integrate the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to align the vision, strategy, and execution of the organization. I hold the credentials of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Estate Broker, which demonstrate my industry knowledge and professionalism.
With over 25 years of experience in corporate, executive, small business and human resource management, I have a proven track record of building teams, developing leaders, and designing and implementing standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
I am focused on coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential and delivering exceptional service to our clients and tenants.
