Russ is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in finance and real estate development. He is a graduate from the University of Alabama, and started his career at Synovus Bank in Atlanta, where he specialized in multi-family, hotel, parking, retail, industrial, and single family residential financing. After a successful stint at Synovus, Russ joined Harpeth Associates as the Vice President of Finance. He was quickly promoted to Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for financial modeling, accounting, cash management, investor relations, banking relations as well as leasing and property management for the $100+million mixed use development known as Harpeth Square.
