-Welcome to My Hometown.
I’ve spent more than 35 years in real estate, primarily right here in the Lake Chelan Valley. I’m fortunate to be the fourth generation of my family from my hometown, and real estate and this community have been part of virtually my entire adult life.
That history has given me something that can't be learned from market statistics or an online search: a lifetime of relationships, local knowledge, and an understanding of the people, properties, and history that make the Lake Chelan Valley unique.
Today, I am the Owner and Managing Broker of KW Frontline Real Estate in Chelan and Co-Owner of KW NCW in Wenatchee. I opened the Keller Williams franchise in North Central Washington in 2018, and since that time have helped lead and oversee well over billions in real estate sales. My experience, however, began decades before Keller Williams and has included nearly every aspect of real estate throughout the Lake Chelan Valley and North Central Washington.

After a lifetime in real estate in my hometown, I know a lot of people and a lot of properties. My connection to real estate and our community has extended into local media for many years. Before Small Towns Unscripted, I hosted Home Sweet Home with Russ McClellan and Friends every Saturday morning on KPQ AM 560 in Wenatchee for five years, talking about real estate, our communities, and the people who make North Central Washington home.
Today, I co-host Small Towns Unscripted with Nicole Turner, a partner at KW Frontline. Together, we share the people, families, businesses, history, and authentic stories that make our small towns special. The podcast and related content are reaching nearly 200,000 views per month on my personal Facebook page alone. For me, that reach isn't just about numbers. It's another way to stay connected to the people of our Valley, build relationships, and tell stories to an audience far beyond traditional real estate marketing.

My experience goes well beyond traditional residential real estate. Over the years, we have represented numerous development projects for other investors, and I am currently involved in four real estate projects in and around the Lake Chelan ValleyThat firsthand experience provides a different perspective when working with landowners, developers, and investors. Land use, water, utilities, access, entitlements, development potential, financing, and marketability can all play a role in determining what a property is really worth and what it can become. Having worked through these issues for clients and in our own projects gives me a practical, solution-based perspective that goes beyond simply buying and selling property.
