Russ Vawter is an Associate of Silvercreek Realty Group. For many years, Russ has specialized in the sales, leasing & build to suit of retail, office, industrial and investment properties. Additional experience for Russ includes commercial real estate development, leasing, construction packaging and 1031 Tax deferred exchange.
In addition to brokerage, Russ has constructed his own commercial and residential real estate investments including retail, office, warehousing, self-storage, aircraft hangars and residential projects. He has also operated businesses in retail, automotive, distribution, real estate, advertising, farming and self-storage. Russ also enjoys golfing, flying, fishing and spending time with his family.
