Russell was first licensed in 1980 as a Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas. After a successful career start in New Home Sales (Houston & Austin) Russell relocated to San Diego (1986) for better career opportunities. Russell quickly obtained his California Real Estate Salesperson license and began practicing Re-sale Real Estate in the Mission Hills community with First Mission Properties. He diversified his sales experience by working with not only homeowners & buyers but with several builders seeking land for in-fill developments. Russell also became knowledgeable of Commercial properties while serving 11 years on the Mission Hills Business Association. Land use & development knowledge was further enhanced by Russell's
8 yrs. of service on the Uptown Planners Board of Directors. With the emergence of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (CA Properties) Russell is excited to be rebranded with the new affiliation that took place in Sept. of 2013. The new office is now located in Mission Valley which allows Russell to expand his service area beyond the Metro Communities.
