Russell Janicek is a managing principal of Rally CRE and thrives in his passion and solution-based approach to adding and creating value in commercial real estate assets. Russell has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has executed nearly $1 billion in volume through over 1,000 sale and lease transactions throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, and Louisiana.
Russell has successfully represented a full spectrum of clients, from private developers and investors, to publicly traded REITs and institutions. Russell utilizes his in-depth market knowledge, vast transactional experience, and real-time capital market insight to provide his clients with valuable perspective and optimal results. Russell has a comprehensive real estate background, which includes the pre-development or revitalization of mixed-use properties as well as outparcel and raw land acquisitions and dispositions. Additionally, in his site selection and occupier practice, Russell has procured high revenue locations while negotiating favorable terms for dozens of national and regional operators.
Prior to launching Rally CRE, Russell built and co-lead the Texas commercial division of a national luxury real estate firm with Brittany Brink. Russell was previously with CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, and gained vast experience in all commercial property types including retail, land, office, medical, multifamily, and industrial. Russell’s total command of market knowledge coupled with his strong work and service ethics have proven valuable in the creation and implementation of acquisition, disposition, multi-unit expansion and development strategies.
Russell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a with a Bachelors of Science in Maritime Business Administration and received his Master of Land Economics and Real Estate from The Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
