Mr. Mapes is a Director in the Philadelphia office of JLL with more than twelve years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily responsible for placing debt for owners of multifamily with a focus on properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Prior to JLL, Mr. Mapes spent three years as an Acquisitions Analyst with LEM Capital, where he assisted in the underwriting of potential multi-housing value-add investments throughout the country. Prior to joining LEM Capital, he worked as a Production Analyst in the New York City office of Freddie Mac Multifamily, where he produced debt quotes for multi-housing properties throughout the Northeast.
