Russ provides local leadership for the Memphis office and oversees the Mid-South region. He provides clients in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi with a full range of real estate services. With over thirty-eight years of diversified experience in the industry, Russ has a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into successful transactions.
Russ’ real estate experience includes general brokerage, tenant representation, landlord representation, asset management and development. He has successfully negotiated over 57 million square feet of industrial lease and sale transactions, totaling in excess of $1 billion
