Rusty has been a commercial real estate advisor with Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler since August, 1988 and has more than 27 years’ experience in the commercial real estate business. Rusty began his real estate career in 1973 with the William Durham Company of Columbia, SC. He then spent five years in state government. Three of those years were with the State Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism administering a recreational real estate program for which he reviewed appraisals for purchases by the state of SC as well as gifts to the state. He then rejoined the William Durham Company in 1980 and became associated with Wilson Kibler in 1988. Rusty specializes in warehouse, industrial and user occupied properties and was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1997.
