As a seasoned land specialist with two decades of experience in real estate, I excel at identifying a property's highest and best use to maximize value. I provide strategic guidance to tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and small business owners across diverse asset classes, including office, retail, and industrial properties. My background in construction management enhances my ability to advise clients through every phase of the redevelopment process, from acquisition and entitlements to leasing and sales. I was honored to be selected to the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) 2020 Leadership Committee, am the current chair of CRCBR’s Education Committee, and serve on the CRCBR Board of Directors. Aside from real estate, my passions include traveling, collecting vinyl records, and sports, especially the Tarheels. I currently lives in Plaza Midwood with my wife Laura and our three sons.
