Ryan is a Senior Associate at Range, specializing in medical office and office real estate. He represents both tenants and landlords in the leasing, acquisition, development, and disposition of their real estate assets. He brings hands-on experience managing a 5+ million square foot portfolio across medical office, office, industrial, and retail properties, gained during his tenure as a commercial property manager with the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys fishing, playing tennis, and spending time with his black lab, Levi. He was born and raised in Mooresville, NC and moved to Galax, VA in high school. In 2019, he moved to Richmond, VA, after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Virginia and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
