Ryan Boyle is a Senior Director with Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, Mr. Boyle specializes in middle market apartment sales, leveraging his extensive experience in the SFR/BTR sectors throughout Arizona. Since joining Berkadia in October 2025, he has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s capabilities in the region.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Boyle was a Vice President at Northmarq, where he was instrumental in growing the investment sales business throughout Arizona. Since joining Northmarq in 2018, he has achieved over $3 billion in transaction volume and helped clients develop winning strategies and outcomes for multifamily investment sales acquisitions and dispositions. His expertise in market analysis and strategic planning, combined with his deep knowledge of mid-size apartment markets and the build-to-rent sector, equips him with the insights needed to navigate complex transactions and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Mr. Boyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Arizona State University.
