Over the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of working in the UK Transactional markets, amassing significant knowledge in development, leasing, and capital markets. My recent experience has been on managing and growing teams across the UK, specifically in the Offices, Industrial and Logistics, and Living sectors, catering to both occupational and capital markets clients with a sector focus.
I have considerable experience working on a range of market-leading office developments for corporate occupier clients, developers, and institutions. These projects have spanned key business parks and town centre developments across the South East and major UK cities.
My client portfolio is diverse, having collaborated with US Private Equity firms, Institutional and Private investor clients, and a full spectrum of occupiers. This has led to the design and launch of a client relationship programme within a large organisation.
