Bio
Ryan has been with Criss Cross Commercial Group since 2003 and leads the company’s strategic direction and overall management. Previously, following law school, he practiced commercial litigation at Locke Lord LLP, working on real estate development and land use disputes, construction litigation, and lender liability matters. He also served as Galveston County Commissioner 2012-16, having an active role in several large public works projects, including transportation, regional drainage, and public facilities. He is a current board member of the Ken Clark Working for you Foundation and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He formerly served on the Board of Trustees of HCA Houston Clear Lake Hospital and Mainland Medical Center. Ryan and his wife, Melissa, reside in League City with their four children.
