Ryan leads the asset and property management team for Panattoni through CAP. He is responsible for assets under management that exceed 5 million square feet in the Ontario and Edmonton markets. Ryan is further accountable for leasing activities on stabilized assets. He works closely with tenants and with the brokerage community to further Panattoni’s leasing and asset management objectives. Ryan is a licensed real estate broker in both the Toronto and Edmonton markets. He has been part of the team since 2013.
