A Manhattan native and former compliance analyst for the Bank of New York Mellon, Ryan Elizari was initially hired at Empire Management as an Associate, eventually obtaining the title of Senior Director for the firm. Ryan's role includes strategic management of multiple projects and day-to-day operations.
Ryan works directly with the CEO, VP of Acquisitions, and Director of Construction on future acquisitions and development projects to build out the Empire portfolio, serving as s as an asset manager for their commrcial and residential holdings. As part of the team, he successfully sourced, underwrote, and closed over $100,000,000 of distressed asset transactions. Additionally, Ryan is leading company efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of Empire’s portfolio of commercial and residential properties with cutting-edge technology and design.
Ryan is also an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College, teaching Real Estate Entrepreneurship to graduate students. Mr. Elazari received a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Baruch College and is a member of the NAIOP New York City chapter.
