Before joining PRG, Frey worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at HTH Capital, where he
represented medical, retail and professional office owners. Frey has also been involved in the
development, tenant representation, and landlord representation in the medical realm exclusively for the
last 14 years. In this role, he successfully leased the Lakeway Regional Medical Center, which is now
Baylor Scott and White. Prior to that, he spent three years at the Frey Young group growing a portfolio of
properties, working in development, and negotiating contracts for his healthcare real estate clients. During
that time, Frey worked with landowners, retail, flex space properties, buyers, sellers, and tenants. He has
consistently been recognized by both senior leadership and his peers as an outstanding performer and
top producer.
