Ryan Harmon specializes in detailed value analysis and granular market research for the sale of multifamily assets. His experience from both the development and principal investment sides of commercial real estate allows him to approach transactions from diverse viewpoints to better aid his clients in achieving their goals. Prior to joining IPA, Ryan gained extensive experience with Marcus & Millichap, MainStreet Property Group and First Republic Investment Management. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a major in finance and minors in real estate and German studies and was the president of the university’s Real Estate Association.
