Ryan is a third-generation real estate broker and native to the Monticello and White County area where he has been involved in the family real estate and auctioneering business since 2000. In 2003 Ryan took over operations of Harrison Real Estate and Auctioneering Company which was formed in 1945 by the late Robert Harrison.
Ryan previously held the position of Vice-President of Operations for a nationally known receivership and asset management company where he was the lead property manager for over 200 residential and commercial properties during his tenure. Ryan specializes in residential and commercial real estate working with both buyers and sellers. Ryan also serves as a court-appointed commissioner/receiver of real estate to liquidate real estate as a matter of a court order.
Ryan is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Indiana, having received his designation in 2000 from Real Estate Training Services of Monticello, Indiana. Ryan is also a licensed auctioneer in the state of Indiana receiving his designation in 2001 from the highly respected Reppert School of Auctioneering located in Auburn, Indiana. Ryan is an active member in the White County Associations of REALTORS®, Greater Northwest Association of REALTORS®, Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®, Indiana Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.
Ryan resides in Winamac, Indiana with his husband Ryan and their son Franklin. Ryan attended Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana for studies in business management. Ryan is a 2014 graduate of Leadership White County and a 2020 graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Ryan is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children. Ryan also enjoys volunteering in his community and is the President of the Pulaski County Historical Society.
Ryan and his family also own and operate several concessions stands and restaurants in Indiana Beach Amusement Park where they enjoy spending their summers getting to know the guests.
