Ryan Kass is Executive Vice President, Co-Head and Chief Revenue Officer of Real Estate at Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT). In this role, he oversees the company’s leasing operations and revenue generation across its office and retail portfolio. Mr. Kass joined ESRT in November 2013 and has led the leasing team through transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet, bringing responsibility for leasing strategy, execution, and broker relationships. In September 2025, he was appointed Co-Head of Real Estate as part of ESRT’s executive transition.
Prior to joining ESRT, Mr. Kass was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where his practice focused on landlord and tenant representation in office leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. During his tenure at Newmark, he served on the firm’s Leadership Council and was the 2011 recipient of the Aaron Gural Award.
